Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Support Specialist for the fully remote 1st shift position on the CPAP Centralized Care Team, who will manage patient intake, insurance verification, and coordinate respiratory therapy services while ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct patient satisfaction calls and advocate for patients to resolve concerns
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely service delivery to patients
  • Educate patients on CPAP therapy and maintain compliance with insurance regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with medical equipment preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing practices and insurance verification preferred
  • One year of related work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
