Job Summary

As a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist, the successful candidate will provide technical support, develop expertise in the platform, and contribute to building a scalable support function while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Become a product expert by mastering platform features and workflows to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Provide first-response technical customer support across various channels, addressing inquiries related to configuration, billing, and integrations
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base by documenting common support patterns and creating help articles for frequently asked questions
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical customer support or related role within a SaaS or fintech environment
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and professional responses
  • Ability to quickly learn and recognize patterns to create scalable documentation
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk or Intercom is preferred
