Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the full-time Customer Support Representative will manage support requests through email, phone, and screen-sharing while collaborating with the product and engineering teams to enhance user experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution
  • Document feature requests and bug reports, collaborating with teams to address technical challenges
  • Maintain and improve the AI-driven support ticketing system and knowledge base documentation
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of online customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
  • Experience with web application software support, particularly CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services, operating systems, and browsers
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Positive and helpful personality with a commitment to customer assistance
