Job Summary
Supporting the Sales Account Executive team, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage administrative and sales support tasks, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with distribution partners, all while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales orders, demo requests, and support inquiries via telephone and computer
- Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing partners to ensure timely product delivery and manage returns and credits
- Assist in account receivables and create reports as required by the Sales Support team
Required qualifications
- Experience utilizing a CRM system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
