Job Summary

Supporting the Sales Account Executive team, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage administrative and sales support tasks, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with distribution partners, all while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, demo requests, and support inquiries via telephone and computer
  • Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing partners to ensure timely product delivery and manage returns and credits
  • Assist in account receivables and create reports as required by the Sales Support team
Required qualifications
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
