Job Summary
Seeking experienced customer service professionals, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to Skylight Calendar customers through various communication channels, requiring weekend availability and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service throughout the customer journey, from purchase to ongoing support
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media, managing high volumes of inquiries efficiently
- Assist with escalated issues related to Skylight devices and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume, front-line customer service experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience working in an agile startup environment
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat
- Ability to work on a Mac and familiarity with the Slack platform
