Job Summary

Seeking experienced customer service professionals, the part-time Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to Skylight Calendar customers through various communication channels, requiring weekend availability and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized customer service throughout the customer journey, from purchase to ongoing support
  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media, managing high volumes of inquiries efficiently
  • Assist with escalated issues related to Skylight devices and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of high-volume, front-line customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience working in an agile startup environment
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Ability to work on a Mac and familiarity with the Slack platform
