Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot software issues, and document support requests using Zendesk while becoming a subject matter expert in various product areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot issues and document, escalate, and track support requests using Zendesk
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned products and collaborate with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of technical support, troubleshooting, or database experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk and Jira
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of regular workflow
  • Empathy and a customer-first mindset
