Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will process customer transactions, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining high standards of communication and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, and claims
  • Handle complex customer requests, including policy changes and payment processing
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with internal and external parties as needed
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Prior experience working in a remote environment is a plus
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
