Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time or part-time Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, create estimates and invoices, and manage customer inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Make every customer excited to use Auto Glass Now
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for customer glass needs
• Answer phones, return customer calls, and ensure accurate appointment bookings

Required qualifications:

• Sales background preferred for experienced pay
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
• Positive attitude and customer service focus
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
• Open availability, including holidays and weekends
