Job Summary

To deliver exceptional support experiences for marketplace customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will assist users in account setup, provide timely support across various channels, and resolve issues while collaborating with the global Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new and existing users in setting up and successfully using the platform
  • Deliver high-quality customer support across chat, email, and platform channels
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years' experience in a customer support or customer-facing role
  • Hands-on expertise using a ticketing system, preferably Zendesk
  • Experience with real-time messaging tools, such as Slack
  • Exposure to identity verification or trust & safety tools is advantageous
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a proven track record of service delivery
