Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Support Specialist will resolve high-priority issues related to damages, defects, and warehouse errors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality customer service for customers and dealers throughout their inquiries
  • Maintain personal case queues and close claims within required time frames
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and other departments to address issues effectively
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in customer service and using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge of Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to multitask and conduct research effectively
  • Proficient keyboarding skills, with touch typing preferred
