Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Support Specialist will resolve high-priority issues related to damages, defects, and warehouse errors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure quality customer service for customers and dealers throughout their inquiries
- Maintain personal case queues and close claims within required time frames
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and other departments to address issues effectively
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in customer service and using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Working knowledge of Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to multitask and conduct research effectively
- Proficient keyboarding skills, with touch typing preferred
