Job Summary
Providing remote support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist I will assist customers through inbound calls, support ticketing systems, and customer engagement, addressing inquiries related to company products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide Tier 1 support for standard and recurring issues, including password resets and basic solution inquiries
- Document customer interactions, status, and resolutions while following up to ensure satisfactory issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred
- Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership is preferred
- Technical support experience is preferred
