Job Summary

Delivering end-to-end client support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage onboarding, provide platform training, and troubleshoot issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and support requests
  • Supporting client onboarding and implementation through training sessions and platform setup guidance
  • Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing timely resolutions
Required qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Solid understanding of basic computer functions and ability to teach/train users
  • Experience supporting Software As A Service preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
