Job Summary
Delivering end-to-end client support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage onboarding, provide platform training, and troubleshoot issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and support requests
- Supporting client onboarding and implementation through training sessions and platform setup guidance
- Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing timely resolutions
Required qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a Customer Support role
- Solid understanding of basic computer functions and ability to teach/train users
- Experience supporting Software As A Service preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
