Job Summary

Providing essential customer service to healthcare providers and the inside sales team, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing communications, resolve issues, and support cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, place outbound calls, and respond to inquiries via voicemail and email
  • Investigate and resolve issues for sales field, providers, and internal customers while managing customer complaints
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and support the Clinical Study team with order entry and issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare contact center
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on exceptional customer experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
