Job Summary

As the first point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will manage inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, resolving issues and providing training to ensure effective use of the software.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via various communication channels
  • Resolve customer issues directly or coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions
  • Provide training to clients and contribute insights to enhance training materials and product features
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role supporting SaaS or web-based solutions
  • 2+ years of work-from-home experience
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google programs, especially Excel and Google Sheets
  • Intellectual property experience is preferred but not required
