Job Summary
As the first point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will manage inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, resolving issues and providing training to ensure effective use of the software.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Resolve customer issues directly or coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions
- Provide training to clients and contribute insights to enhance training materials and product features
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role supporting SaaS or web-based solutions
- 2+ years of work-from-home experience
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Google programs, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Intellectual property experience is preferred but not required
