Job Summary

Supporting educators during the back-to-school surge, the part-time contract Customer Support Specialist will manage high volumes of inbound support interactions, deliver product guidance, and troubleshoot technical issues for teachers and district administrators remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound support interactions via chat and email, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
  • Provide accurate guidance on product use and troubleshoot technical issues, maintaining documentation in the ticketing system
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate patterns to team leads for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience as a K-12 classroom teacher with familiarity in educator and district workflows
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong written communication skills to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
  • Proven reliability and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to quickly learn complex systems and troubleshoot independently
