Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Distribution Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact for PR Newswire, managing customer inquiries, processing distribution orders, and educating clients on products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Set up and confirm distribution orders, ensuring accurate communication and vetting of content
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support and resolve issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 1 year of successful customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
