Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time hourly Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email while contributing to customer retention and upselling efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Address customer questions about the platform's features and escalate issues as necessary
- Implement strategies to enhance trial-to-paid conversions and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team and other departments to resolve customer inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or service industry role
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable managing multiple computer-based programs and applications
- Experience working in urgent and sensitive customer scenarios
