Job Summary
To support a growing international travel-tech company, the remote Customer Support Specialist (Incident Resolution) will rapidly resolve client issues, provide expert advice on bookings, and engage with suppliers and clients through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues through the CRM system
- Advise clients on bookings and product-related inquiries
- Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone
Required qualifications
- Upper Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Quick learner with a results-focused mindset
- Ability to work with CRM systems and internal databases
- Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage
- A functioning computer and microphone for remote work
