Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage escalated customer complaints, process high volumes of inbound calls, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely within a 25-mile radius of a store location.

Key responsibilities:
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and negotiate warranty options with manufacturers
  • Process inbound calls and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and files
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous clerical experience preferred
  • Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office and Storis is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
