Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage escalated customer complaints, process high volumes of inbound calls, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely within a 25-mile radius of a store location.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and negotiate warranty options with manufacturers
- Process inbound calls and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and files
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous clerical experience preferred
- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office and Storis is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
