Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support in a remote capacity, the full-time Distribution Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, facilitating order processing, and educating customers on PR Newswire products and services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Set up and confirm distribution orders, ensuring content acceptability and accurate communication with clients
  • Educate clients on products and services while meeting assigned activity metrics and collaborating with internal departments
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 1 year of successful customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong computer skills and flexibility for schedule adjustments, including overtime and holiday coverage
