Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Distribution Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and order setups through PR Newswire while ensuring high customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Set up and confirm distribution orders, vet content, and communicate effectively with clients throughout the process
- Educate clients on PR Newswire products and services, and collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 1 year of successful customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability for overtime and holiday coverage
