Job Summary
To support a growing international travel-tech company, the remote Customer Support Specialist (Modification Team) will rapidly resolve client issues related to booking modifications, provide expert advice on products, and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues by assisting with requests to cancel or change bookings through the CRM system
- Advise clients on bookings and provide expert product knowledge
- Engage with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone to facilitate smooth operations
Required qualifications
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency in both spoken and written forms
- Demonstrated kindness, empathy, and stress-resistance in customer interactions
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach
- Access to a functioning computer and microphone for remote work
- Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage
