Job Summary
Seeking an outgoing and motivated Customer Support Specialist, the full-time role will provide exceptional support to small to medium-sized entrepreneurs using Point of Rental software, engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer requests and resolve basic problems while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Document customer issues thoroughly and prioritize incoming inquiries for appropriate resolution
Required qualifications
- Strong customer service attitude and team player mentality
- Ability to navigate various support channels and effectively communicate with customers
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Technical aptitude and project management skills are a plus
- Experience in documenting detailed information regarding customer issues
