Job Summary

Providing superior technical support and troubleshooting, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will assist customers with technical issues, educate them on best practices, and document interactions in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application failures
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
  • Document all research and customer interactions to ensure product reliability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve problems efficiently
