Job Summary
Providing superior technical support and troubleshooting, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will assist customers with technical issues, educate them on best practices, and document interactions in Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application failures
- Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
- Document all research and customer interactions to ensure product reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
- General automotive knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and solve problems efficiently
