Job Summary
Passionate about technology and customer service, the full-time hourly Customer Support Specialist will engage with clients remotely, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting product-related issues while providing training and support through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries by gathering information and troubleshooting product and training-related questions
- Provide support and training via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customer needs are understood and met
- Document issues in Salesforce and stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Reliable internet service provider
