Job Summary
Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will provide world-class service to customers globally in a remote call center environment, resolving issues across multiple channels and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints through email, phone, live chat, and social media in a timely manner
- Provide critical service and product information while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Shopbop's offerings
- Utilize various software programs to manage customer inquiries and ensure accurate data capture
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a luxury customer service-focused environment, including direct customer phone/email interaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using Windows desktop applications, including Word and Excel
- Experience managing workload in fast-paced environments
