Job Summary

Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will provide world-class service to customers globally in a remote call center environment, resolving issues across multiple channels and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints through email, phone, live chat, and social media in a timely manner
  • Provide critical service and product information while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Shopbop's offerings
  • Utilize various software programs to manage customer inquiries and ensure accurate data capture
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury customer service-focused environment, including direct customer phone/email interaction
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in using Windows desktop applications, including Word and Excel
  • Experience managing workload in fast-paced environments
