Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic transfer support team, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will rapidly resolve client issues, advise partners throughout the booking process, and communicate with suppliers, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues related to online transfer bookings through the CRM system
- Advise clients at all stages of using the online product, including search and booking modifications
- Interact with suppliers regarding bookings via email and phone
Required qualifications:
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-focused approach
- A functioning computer and microphone for remote work
- Understanding of the travel business and booking systems is an advantage
- Soft skills including kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility
