Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will assist a diverse customer base via email, phone, and online meetings, while learning software to effectively address customer inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Field customer support requests and provide technical expertise using online customer support software
  • Answer incoming calls to explain software usage and capabilities to customers and potential customers
  • Troubleshoot customer challenges systematically and conduct online meetings to enhance support and training
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in a Customer Support role
  • Ability to present information and solutions in an organized and professional manner
  • Self-motivated with a strong passion for customer support and helping small/medium businesses
  • Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies to resolve customer challenges
  • Experience with QuickBooks, accounting, or inventory management software preferred but not required
