Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist who will provide superior technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring effective solutions to technical issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application failures and deficiencies
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
  • Document all research and customer interactions in Salesforce to ensure product and service reliability
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
