Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist, the full-time hybrid role will manage customer inquiries related to products, services, and billing while ensuring a positive experience for clients across New York, New Jersey, and California.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve questions related to billing, products, services, and account maintenance
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex matters when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, or call center roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
