Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries primarily through chat and calls, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries through chat and calls
- Continuously increase product and industry knowledge to provide expert-level support
- Document frequent customer issues and collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a software support position
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
- Passion for connecting with diverse individuals and treating them with respect
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
