Delivering exceptional service, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries primarily through chat and calls, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a software support position
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Passion for connecting with diverse individuals and treating them with respect
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
