Job Summary

Supporting Belden's customer base remotely, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage order processing, resolve service inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and service questions while managing overall order management
  • Perform data entry of orders and customer information using the corporate ERP system
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes and customer relations
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
