Job Summary

Providing specialized support and resolving complex issues for customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will contribute to the creation of support documentation and collaborate on cross-functional projects in the bioinformatics and precision medicine fields.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized support to customers, addressing complex technical and functional issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles
Required qualifications
