Job Summary
Providing specialized support and resolving complex issues for customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will contribute to the creation of support documentation and collaborate on cross-functional projects in the bioinformatics and precision medicine fields.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver specialized support to customers, addressing complex technical and functional issues
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in bioinformatics, genomics, or a related life sciences field
- Proven experience in providing technical support within bioinformatics or precision medicine
- Strong knowledge of relevant software applications and technical support tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and expand technical knowledge in the specialized domain
