Job Summary
Providing technical support and customer care, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will assist users with online learning software, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage support tickets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on products
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while ensuring a smooth user experience
- Document interactions in a web-based ticketing system and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college completed preferred
- 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers and peripherals
- Excellent English written and oral communication proficiency (equivalent to CEF C1 level or above)
- Must reside within an approved state and have a reliable home internet connection that meets specified requirements
