Job Summary
Passionate about customer experience, the remote Customer Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media while providing exceptional support and troubleshooting for the Odeko community.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer support questions through various channels
- Create personalized service experiences by delivering friendly and timely support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or success
- Experience with Hubspot and Shopify is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to resolving issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer needs in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability for off hours and weekends
