Job Summary
Providing thoughtful support to pet owners, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, managing high call volumes and de-escalating difficult situations while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high call volumes and provide responsive support to customers
- De-escalate challenging situations with empathy and maintain calm communication
- Utilize multiple systems to ensure a seamless customer experience and document interactions accurately
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role
- Proven ability to handle complaints and sensitive topics with empathy
- Experience using CRM systems to document customer interactions
- Reliable wired internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup
