Job Summary
To support a growing wellness software company, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will engage with clients to troubleshoot product-related inquiries and provide training via phone, email, and live chat in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries by identifying issues and providing effective solutions through active listening and problem-solving
- Document client issues in Salesforce and stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes
- Deliver training and support to clients, ensuring they successfully utilize the software
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware
- Reliable internet service provider
- Salesforce experience is a plus
