Job Summary
To support first responder clients, the remote Customer Support Specialist will provide technical assistance, manage software incident resolution, and document customer interactions while working in a part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide responsive support to clients through phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving inquiries
- Document customer interactions and monitor support metrics using Salesforce and Jira
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance customer experience and address product-related challenges
Required qualifications
- 2 years of experience in software or SaaS technical support or a related customer support field
- Minimum of one year of Salesforce experience
- GED/High School Diploma
- Desire to grow within the company and work effectively in a team environment
- Good job stability
