Job Summary
Seeking a satisfaction-focused Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role based in the Philippines, who will provide first-level support via live chat, diagnose technical issues, and assist customers with the Provet veterinary practice management system.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level support in fluent English via live chat, acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Jump on video calls when needed to assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ensure accurate information is logged in the ticketing system and keep customers updated on progress
Required qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
- Experience in a customer-service role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or veterinary background
- Technical mindset with a genuine interest in diagnosing and resolving issues
- Experience with Intercom live chat is a strong plus
- Process-driven approach to triaging customer tickets effectively
