Job Summary

Fielding tier 1 customer inquiries, the remote Customer Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and provide feedback to enhance support processes while working collaboratively across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with attainable solutions
  • Evaluate and escalate bugs to development and contribute to knowledge bases
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues for a SaaS product
  • Experience in high-volume support/customer service roles
  • Applicable technical writing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
