Job Summary
Fielding tier 1 customer inquiries, the remote Customer Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and provide feedback to enhance support processes while working collaboratively across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with attainable solutions
- Evaluate and escalate bugs to development and contribute to knowledge bases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues for a SaaS product
- Experience in high-volume support/customer service roles
- Applicable technical writing skills
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
