Job Summary
Providing advanced technical and functional support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and troubleshooting across various products and services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client support requests via multiple communication channels
- Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting for software, payment solutions, hardware integrations, and general IT-related issues
- Document client interactions in CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the golf/club industry preferred
- Strong technical proficiency with a willingness to learn new software and technologies
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
