Job Summary
Providing technical assistance remotely, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage high-volume client support requests, troubleshoot website functionality issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience for users of Clubessential websites and related products.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, chat, and voicemail
- Provide level 1 technical support for website-related issues, including layout, styling, and content display
- Document client interactions and troubleshooting steps in CRM systems while maintaining knowledge of product updates
Required qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting front-end website issues
- Exposure to SQL or data querying concepts for investigating data-related issues
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
