Job Summary
As the voice of the brand, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email and social media, providing knowledgeable and empathetic responses while resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and the brand while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and execute appropriate policies to resolve issues effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer care is delivered consistently
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient computer and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 60-80 WPM preferred
- Basic experience with Google Suite and familiarity with customer service platforms like Gorgias/Zendesk/Shopify
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email etiquette
