Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing client experiences, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will provide remote support to legal professionals by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing client communications with care and clarity.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, handling escalated situations professionally
  • Identify patterns in recurring issues and collaborate with teams to improve client experience and product quality
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Experience managing multiple open requests and reprioritizing tasks effectively
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday, with initial training requiring availability from ~9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
