Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will become an expert in the Promoboxx platform, assisting retailers and brand customers through email and phone support, conducting 1:1 trainings, and maintaining customer data.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitoring the Support inbox and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Conducting 1:1 Zoom trainings with users and answering questions about platform functionality
  • Updating account and brand network data while assisting with team projects as needed
Required qualifications
  • Customer service experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with tech tools and data spreadsheets
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
