Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will become an expert in the Promoboxx platform, assisting retailers and brand customers through email and phone support, conducting 1:1 trainings, and maintaining customer data.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring the Support inbox and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Conducting 1:1 Zoom trainings with users and answering questions about platform functionality
- Updating account and brand network data while assisting with team projects as needed
Required qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with tech tools and data spreadsheets
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
