Job Summary

Providing education and assistance to customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will address complex inquiries, manage escalated concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex customer issues and inquiries, ensuring appropriate resolutions
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of products and services to guide customers in finding solutions that align with company initiatives
  • Document performance opportunities and assist leadership in coaching customer service representatives as needed
Required qualifications
  • Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • One year of experience handling ACD calls within a call center
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated effective written communication skills for correspondence with customers
  • Proficient in navigating multiple complex systems to support customer inquiries
