Job Summary
Providing education and assistance to customers, the full-time remote Customer Support Specialist will address complex inquiries, manage escalated concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for complex customer issues and inquiries, ensuring appropriate resolutions
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of products and services to guide customers in finding solutions that align with company initiatives
- Document performance opportunities and assist leadership in coaching customer service representatives as needed
Required qualifications
- Two to four years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- One year of experience handling ACD calls within a call center
- Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated effective written communication skills for correspondence with customers
- Proficient in navigating multiple complex systems to support customer inquiries
