Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries and issues across multiple channels, working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Shopbop, delivering world-class service to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner through email, phone, live chat, and social media
  • Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring overall satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center or luxury retail
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Direct customer phone/email experience is required
  • Proficiency in using various software programs to resolve customer inquiries
