Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer accounts for a baby clothing company in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Manage a high volume of emails and social media messages, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, applying in-depth product knowledge to address concerns accurately
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of 60-80 WPM preferred
- Basic experience with Google Suite and familiarity with platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Professional demeanor with strong time management skills and a proactive approach
