Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve airline ticketing issues, and maintain relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer support calls, emails, and website inquiries, taking ownership of customer issues until resolution
  • Manage airline ticketing processes in Sabre GDS, coordinating with airlines and vendors to address transaction concerns
  • Assist with new customer onboarding and maintain expert knowledge of FlightBridge technology to support users effectively
Required qualifications
  • Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including aircraft operators and FBOs
  • Experience in technical support and customer service
  • Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to learn new technology
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in an on-call rotation
