Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries, resolve airline ticketing issues, and maintain relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Answer support calls, emails, and website inquiries, taking ownership of customer issues until resolution
- Manage airline ticketing processes in Sabre GDS, coordinating with airlines and vendors to address transaction concerns
- Assist with new customer onboarding and maintain expert knowledge of FlightBridge technology to support users effectively
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including aircraft operators and FBOs
- Experience in technical support and customer service
- Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to learn new technology
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in an on-call rotation
