Job Summary
Offering a part-time, remote opportunity, the Customer Support Specialist will evaluate and create scenarios for AI training projects, focusing on fee inquiries, payment setups, and account closures while ensuring accurate grading of responses.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evaluate scenarios related to fee inquiries and statement clarifications
- Create payment setup scenarios with various deliberate traps for testing purposes
- Grade responses based on factual accuracy and conversational tone
Required qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services
- Current or recent experience in customer service & support, or banking & financial roles
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+)
- Background in QA analysis, call-center training, or conversation design is a plus
